Peter David (writer of She-Hulk #22) linked to it himself on his blog, which stinks slightly of desperation but since it's his first issue I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Get off your butts and go buy She-Hulk #22, available today.

I mean it. Go. Wait outside your local comic book retailer's door before he opens, and then sit in the middle of his floor until UPS arrives with boxes filled with today's releases. (Ask the UPS man if you can sign for them, too.) Then begin asking the retailer, again and again, which box has She-Hulk #22 in it. Ask if you can help him unpack the boxes. Ask again five minutes after he says no. And then ask again five minutes after that.

Make it clear to the world that you want She-Hulk #22 and no force on earth including decorum will stop you.
