Some of the critics aren't too pleased with Peter David's second issue, either. I can't pass judgment yet, seeing as I'm on the road for Turkey Day and wasn't able to pick up my comics box before leaving town.

Update: OK, having read it, I can say that I liked it pretty well. Shawn Moll's art is delightful, and I'm willing to give Peter David time to get the story arc going. As several critics have suggested, PAD may have made a mistake going right into an extended story arc with such a significant change of cast and setting. We'll see where PAD's going with the storyline as things proceed.
Update 2: Comics Fondle liked She-Hulk #23 less than I did.

I loved it.. great art, action, (great outfit), entertaining story. Yeah same old stuff She-hulk Vs absorbing man/ titania. The only thing I do not like is yet again She-hulk falls to take one of the bad dudes down in her own right!
