She-Hulk #28 not in The Buy Pile

I've decided not to review She-Hulk from now on, because it makes me sad. However, other people are still reviewing it and I can link to them without getting emotionally invested in it.

My favorite review was at "The Buy Pile" - a Comic Book Resources blog by Hannibal Tabu. Tabu breaks comics up into the 'buy pile', the 'read pile' and the 'no, just no' pile. Not only does he put She-Hulk #28 into the last pile, meaning it is worth neither the reading nor the buying, he puts it at the bottom:

Remember when Jen Walters was smart? "She-Hulk" #28 has her whiny, tricked and -- best of all -- tossed in jail. Here's a short story about the title's direction and the surly state of its protagonist: no.

:(

I must say it's a sad state of affairs when a She-Hulk fan site refuses to review her title.

Well...

...it's not so much that I'm 'refusing' as that I don't want to keep writing nasty stuff about it. It sucks. What else is there to say for as long as it continues to suck? If it stops sucking I'll start writing about it.

Its sales were poor again in March - I didn't write anything about that because, again, there's no point - a consequence of both lousy writing and generally poor industry-wide circulation numbers. It's still in the top 100 books, so as long as it stays there I figure the odds are good that Marvel won't cancel it.
